August — October 2009 — Public Review of project Environmental Impact Report

October 2011 — San Diego County Planning Commission votest to support Meadowood project

January 2012 — San Diego County Board of Supervisors unanimously approves Meadowood project

January 2013 — Projected ground-breaking date for Meadowood project; construction begins

Early 2014 — First homes are completed and occupied
